[Twisted-Python] txtorcon 0.14.2

With Twisted 15.5.0, a deprecated endpoint interface class is still
being used. This release backports the fix for that to the 0.14.x
branch.

You can download the release from PyPI or GitHub (or of course "pip
install txtorcon"):
